Position Title:
Web Developer

Job Description:
Real Estate Create is looking for a qualified web designer to work with our New Media Director on multimedia projects. The applicant would work directly with the New Media Director once the Sales Manager has turned over a new project.

Position Status:
Full Time (40hrs/week)
Position Available Immediately

Responsibilities:
Website Design and Programming
Graphics Design
Occasional Print Design and Production
Customer and Company Website Updates
Set Up Domain And Hosting Accounts For Customer
Timely Completion Of Projects And Tasks
Communicating With Customers

Job Requirements:
1 Year Of Web Development Or Related Experience
PHP, HTML, Flash Skills Preferred
Excellent People And Customer Service skills
Ability To Work Well With Others

Preferred Software Experience:
Adobe & Macromedia Design Software
FTP & SSH Software
Microsoft Office Suite




Position Title:
Account Executive

Job Description:
Real Estate Create is looking for a qualified sales person to work on sales and marketing. The applicant would work with our New Media Director to market new customers in the Real Estate agent and broker fields and would sell websites and other online services. Must be an enthusiastic, highly motivated individual with a serious work ethic.

Position Status:
Full Time (40hrs/week)

Compensation:
Base Salary + Commission

Responsibilities:
 
  • Lead generation/outbound calling and warm lead follow up
  • Understand customer needs and requirements
  • Present and articulate advanced product features and benefits of solutions.
  • Be able to sell and differentiate in a positive environment
  • Close sales and achieve quarterly sales quotas
  • Provide on-line demonstrations
Job Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 Year of Customer Service or Sales Experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to manage entire sales process from prospecting through close
  • Ability to manage in high activity, high transaction environment
Preferred Experience:
  • Microsoft Office
  • Online Marketing Experience, i.e. Google Adwords, etc…
  • Real Estate Sales and Marketing Background Preferred
  • Web Design or Online Services Sales and Marketing Background Preferred
